Eligible candidates sit for fair, structured examinations administered at Approved Assessment Centers under secure invigilation. Assessments test theoretical knowledge and practical workplace application against established scheme benchmarks.
Assessment results and candidate portfolios are evaluated by authorized certification decision-makers who were not involved in test administration or training delivery, ensuring a completely impartial determination.
Certified practitioners maintain their active standing through ongoing professional practice, structured Continuing Professional Development (CPD) logging, and periodic recertification at the end of each 3-year cycle.
